Building a Better Future

Through our leadership development program, students learn effective formal and informal communication skills, conflict resolution, as well as concepts like Ambition vs. Ability, and Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic motivation. Students also engage in a variety of team building exercises that encourage teamwork and collaborative thinking. Team building exercises such as the Marshmallow Challenge, Trust Fall, and Silent Birthday are great ways to develop the skills needed to become a strong leader.
